Our class library is here to inspire you; whether you are tight on time, need a safe space to meditate or are looking to push yourself physically and mentally, you will be able to find something to suit your yogi needs;

Ashtanga - Ashtanga centers on a vigorous physical practice that includes a series of poses linked together with breath to form a continuous sequence. The practice demands an intense level of physical strength, flexibility, and endurance, which explains why many people see it as a rigorous and challenging workout. Whether you’re just starting out in yoga, or looking for something new as your goals change, adding an Ashtanga yoga class to your daily workout is a good way to keep your mind and body healthy and strong.

Vinyasa - A perfect way to wind down at the end of your day, focusing on breath work and movement meditation this 60min vinyasa class will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Stretching the body from head to toe and ending with a short guided meditation.

Candle Lit Slow Flow - The perfect remedy to that mid week slump! Designed to truly nourish and hold the body. From delicious stretches to softly moving flows, the practice will be designed to support and lift you both physically and energetically. This class is open to everyone of every ability and will finish with a relaxing head massage with oils specifically blended to suit that evenings practice.

Simple Flow - A class most suited to beginners or those who want a more mediative pace, holding poses for longer and working on increasing the range of movement through breath work.

Early Riser - A short flow to awaken & open the body, preparing you for the day. Focusing on Sun Salutations, mediation through movement & breath work.

Yin - Slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. The practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin yoga also improves flexibility, boosts circulation, and reduces tension.

Reboot & Revitalise - The best way to start the weekend, a blend of high vibration movements, incorporating exercising for our mind's health, a fusion of Pilates and lively bursts of mat based, low impact HIIT workouts. Followed by a light cool down to finish.
This class is open and accessible to all abilities, come and wake up your mind, body & soul.

Rise and Glow - A slow-paced class that focuses on awakening the body and mind through a focus on breath work and long, passive stretches to leave you feeling completely recharged from your week and ready to enjoy your weekend.
